Mike Bajaikian is in his 4th season, as an NFL coach. As offensive coordinator and quarterback coach in college and the NFL, Mike Bajaikian knows a thing or two about football. And this is one of the reasons why, Jameis Winston has adjusted so quickly to the NFL. Mike Bajakian, in part, is the reason Jameis Winston is improving week to week.
Coach Bajakian began his venture with the Buccaneers this year, as quarterback coach. He had worked as the OQC (quality control) assistant for the wide receivers, in Chicago when Lovie Smith was the head coach. Mike was a member of the Bears’ coaching staff during Super Bowl XLI.
Mike Bajakian had made a career from his ability to break down every aspect of the quarterback position. Coach Bajakian had worked his way through just about every variation of the sport, before landing in Tampa. He had made stops along the way at places like Central Michigan Univeristy, Cincinnati University and, the University of Tennesee. Where he worked as offensive coordinator.
