There is a talented group of rookies up for the coveted R.O.Y. award, but in my opinion, none more deserving than Jameis Winston. None of the other candidates have done for an organization, more than what Winston has done. Jameis should be a lock for the win, and if he doesn’t, then something is wrong.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a prime candidate for AP Offensive Rookie of the Year in quarterback Jameis Winston. The award will be presented at the NFL Honors Awards Show on Feb. 6.
