The Bucs signed a new WR Bernard Reedy

The former Toledo Rockets was signed by the Atlanta Falcons two seasons ago, as an undrafted rookie, and has yet to play in anything other than a preseason game. However, he had a pretty good college career with 2,743 yards on 195 receptions and 23 touchdowns, giving him a 14.1 Y.P.C average. He also had 1,800 kick return yards.

“The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed wide receiver Bernard Reedy to a futures contract, according to Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times. Reedy was an undrafted rookie for the Atlanta Falcons in 2014, and has been on and off the practice squad and offseason roster of the Falcons ever since. He put up three catches for 30 yards in this year’s preseason, after producing four catches for 63 yards in the 2014 preseason. That 2014 signing is likely why the Bucs signed him: Dirk Koetter was then the Falcons’ offensive coordinator.” -Reported by Sander Philipse
