Bruce Carter is making his latest stop in Buffalo New York. Carter continues his trek with the Bills. Carter previously saw the Lions and the Jets but he has seemingly left empty handed. Bucs need depth in the linebacker department so this could be the place he stays for good. Although, the Lions needed help as well.
