Free safety Reggie Nelson, who is coming off a career year, is likely to sign with the Oakland Raiders, pending aa passing physical. The Cincinnati Bengals were reluctant in offering Nelson a contract which would allow him to fill the void left behind by Charles Woodson. However, if theBengals were to offer Nelson something, the Veteran would take it. So as it stands now, no offer from Cincy, then pending the physical, Nelson could be a Raider.
