It doesn’t hurt to have seven talented WR’s battling it out for roster spots.

Even though, the first two receiver spots are locked down by Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson, that still leaves the third and fourth spots open for stiff competition between Kenny Bell, veteran Louis Murphy, Adam Humphries, Donteea Dye, Russell Shepard, Andre Davis and Evan Spencer.

Dirk Koetter seems more than happy with the talent he has competing for those receiver slots and names a couple of players he has his eye on. “We have good competition behind Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans at wide receiver. A lot of good young guys. Andre Davis is a young guy we signed late last year and did a good job for us on the scout team. He’s a guy that worked hard this off-season and he’s definitely got something to prove and Kenny Bell’s case is well documented. He was on IR last year and I know he’s eager to get started.”

Kenny Bell, who has become a bit of an unknown after being out all last season with an injury, has been turning some heads in camp, as his speed and hands are proving to be everything Tampa originally believed it would be.

The competition between these wideouts should be exciting and a preview of the 2016 season.
