The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR who signed with the Browns in December is out for the year with a fractured Fibula. He sustained the injury in Friday’s preseason game vs the Green Bay Packers. Hall suffered the injury during the 3rd quarter after receiving a pass over the middle from Austin Davis. Davis sustained a concussion just a few plays later. Hall caught two passes in the game for a total of 27 yards
