Tevin Westbrook, an undrafted free agent from the Univeristy of Florida, was signed by the Titans in 2015 but was cut at the beginning of the regular season. He was later re-signed to their practice squad before being released again. Tampa signed him last year to the practice squad and he was later activated to the roster. He was be released before the start of this year’s regular season. Westbrook once again finds himself on the Tampa practice squad. He had seen no NFL regular season playing time, and while in college he saw little playing time in his three-year stint. But managed to catch 11 passes for 11 yards, two TD’s in 12 game appearances.
