With an offensive line that is ranked 26th overall after the first 5 weeks, Bucs QB Jameis Winston has been under pressure the 3rd most in the league behind Andrew Luck and Ryan Tannehill.
Winston has been hit 43 times, more than anyone else in the NFL and has been sacked 12 times, tied for 10th most in the league.
All the blame can’t be put on the line, though. the inability to run the ball and playing from behind for the majority of the games has left Winston throwing the ball far too many times in 3 of the 5 games.
With Jacquizz Rodger’s solid running in week 5 and the fact that Doug Martin should be back after the bye week, hopefully we won’t have to continue seeing Winston’s toughness too much more in the future.
