Aguayo who?

Roberto Aguayo has become a forgotten name on this Bucs roster, and it’s a great thing.

Aguayo quietly shined on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium on a day where kickers were historically bad and Aguayo was no part of that. This was his first time kicking in weather under 50 degrees, and he handled it brilliantly going 4-4 in a 19-17 win.  He has undoubtedly turned it around since the bye week and has only missed one FG and had been perfect in two straight games. One BucsReport editor thought his kicks yesterday would have been good from 55+, and he’s probably right.

Knock on wood, I believe we have our kicker for the next 15 seasons. We’ll see if Aguayo can continue his new found success next Sunday at Ray J against the vaunted Seattle Seahawks. Go Bucs!
