League finds that Bucs did not break any rules with video boards

Right after the loss to Tampa in week 17, the Carolina Panthers quickly accused Tampa of using their video boards to distract Graham Gano during kicks. The NFL looked into it and just as quickly dismissed those accusations by finding no evidence of any wrongdoing.

Panthers kicker Graham Gano stated that he was distracted by the video boards behind the goal post which shown the uprights causing Gano to see two different sets of uprights. Panthers head coach Ron Rivera furthered his gripe by saying that it seemed like Tampa was trying to incite fans by continually showing Russell Shepard being hit by linebacker Thomas Davis. The NFL found that Tampa did no wrongdoing with that as well.
