Bucs lose Tight Ends coach

Well, our Bucs have at least one vacancy to fill on their coaching staff. That would be Jon Embree the now former tight ends coach. He apparently is joining Kyle Shanahan with the 49ers.

It’s reported in the past that the Bucs have blocked Embree from leaving. I guess now coach Dirk Koetter is comfortable finding a replacement. Not unless Koetter has someone or someone’s already lined up. Whether it’s an in-house promotion or bringing in somebody. I’m certain he must feel there’s someone that can coach our tight ends better.

This move somewhat makes sense because Embree was never a Koetter guy. He was brought in by Lovie. But he is nevertheless one of the better tight ends coaches in the league. No wonder why San Francisco paid him and granted him the title of assistant head coach.

From the success of Jordan Cameron in Cleveland to Cameron Brate here in So we’ll see who his replacement is. Perhaps there’s a big name hiring in the works? We wish you luck coach Embree. Go Bucs!
