When Adam Humphries gave up his jersey number to the newly signed DeSean Jackson, he didn’t have personal gain in his mind.
After a little fun back and forth with Jackson, Humphries gave up his number for a great cause, not a fancy new watch or a new car, but to help out local children around the Tampa Bay Area and in his own hometown of Spartanburg South Carolina.
Both Jackson And Humphries decided that the best thing to do is to take the money that was offered for the number and donate it to charity.
Humphries stated that when they both agreed to donate the money that it was a good thing to get Jackson in the community.
The amount given for the number is undisclosed at the moment, but It doesn’t matter. What does matter, is that it was given for a great cause and not for personal profit.
