Free Agency Power Rankings: Bucs looking good

0

Since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Superbowl XXXVII in 2003 there hasn’t been much to celebrate. This off-season has been built off the optimism that started in the 2016 season. The Buccaneers have brought in top free agents for two consecutive off-seasons. Some of these names include Robert Ayers, Brent Grimes, DeSean Jackson, and Chris Baker.

NFL.com released their Top 10 Free Agency Power Rankings and the Buccaneers landed at number ten. They have addressed several needs during the past two off-seasons. With the signing of DeSean Jackson, Jameis Winston will now have another dynamic playmaking receiver to go along with Mike Evans. The defense got a much need pass rusher in Chris Baker. They also retained Jacquizz Rodgers and others.

GM Jason Licht and Head Coach Dirk Koetter have a game plan and are doing a great job implementing it. The fan base is constantly growing and is yearning for a playoff game in Tampa Bay. We will continue to sign the right type of players and build through the draft. Trust in the process and we will be a perennial powerhouse in no time. Go Bucs!
