Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Josh Huff will not have to serve any jail time as part of a conditional plea agreement with the court. However, he must complete six months of probation. Upon completion, he should receive a withhold of adjudication.
If you remember, Huff was arrested on the first of November, last year, after being pulled over for speeding on the Walt Witman Bridge. He was found in unlawful possession of a 9mm handgun and a small amount of marijuana.
Although Huff does have a license to carry in the state of Texas, New Jersy’s strict gun laws find him in unlawful possession. The gun he was arrested for was purchased in the state in which he is allowed to lawfully carry.
