It has taken me a few days to mull over the draft. I did not want to fire my blunderbuss too early based on emotion.
To say our first round pick in 2017 knocked my pirate hat off would be an understatement. I like TE Brate, I think he is a great piece of our offense.

I can understand why the front office made their first round and chose to draft a TE. We have heard it thousand times, “Take the best player available.” O.J. Howard fell right on the main deck. I believe Howard is going to take “our” team to the next level.
But that is just my 2 bullion.
