DeSean Jackson is impressing in OTAS.

In the past few seasons, DeSean Jackson has not shown any signs of slowing down. In fact, last season, he has seemed to only get faster. He is turning heads in OTAS and impressing his teammates with his abilities. One teammate, in particular, is very impressed with D-Jax’s performance so far.

Third-year wide receiver, Adam Humphries, cannot believe how easy D-Jax makes it look on the field and considers his skills to be a blessing. Humph noted that his running style is smooth, fast, and a lot of fun to watch. Jackson is the type of receiver Tampa has needed for a long time, and in no way is this a knock on the ‘Super Star’ Mike Evans, but Jackon’s ability to stretch the field and become a deep threat at any given time, is something the Bucs have been without for some time.

Last season, Jackson put up eye-opening numbers averaging 17.9 yards per catch on 56 catches with a long of 80 yards. With the additions of O.J. Howard and Chris Godwin to accompany Jackson, Evans, Brate, and Humphries, the Buccaneers ability to stretch the field, with quick deep plays, should make this team more than exciting. It should make them dangerous.
