This season will have a lot more than just anxious, and excited Bucs fans watching. Joining the team this year will be HBO, and their show Hard Knocks.
The Buccaneers are the 11th team to be featured on the show. Coach Dirk Koetter and Defensive coordinator Mike Smith have been through this process before, so I’m sure that things will be discussed before the show begins filming.
Tampa, who finished 9-7 last year, look to improve and make a playoff push, something that hasn’t happened since 2005.
The records of teams who have been featured on the show are currently at 86 wins and 90 losses. 4 of the teams made playoff appearances, and 3 won their playoff game. Let’s hope our boys from Tampa, can succeed and make a strong playoff run!
The debut of Hard Knocks’ 5 episodes, begins August 8th at 10 PM on HBO.
