Noah Spence Pro Bowl bound?

I came across an article recently that was written by Marc Sessler of NFL.com. The article was directed towards who he believed were going to be their team’s first-time Pro Bowler. He chose Noah Spence. Sessler had admitted that it wasn’t an easy pick for him as it was difficult to decide between Kwon Alexander and Noah Spence. However, chose Noah Spence and his choice seemed to be based on media.

It’s no secret that both Gerald McCoy and Robert Ayers rave about Spence and the media has done so as well,  everyone seems to think he on the doorstep of greatness. And rightfully so. He is talented and one tough dude. Spence suffered a dislocated shoulder against the Broncos, in week 4, but still managed 5 and a half sacks, 2 pass defends, 16 tackles, and 3 forced fumbles. Those are some pretty solid numbers.

Spence could make it to the Pro Bowl next year and the only reason I could see him making it there, before Kwon Alexander, would be due to snubbing. Being one of the top linebackers in the league and one of the best at your position only to be snubbed, is something that Lavonte David had endured for years. So, I do suppose Spence would have a solid shot at getting the Pro Bowl invite before Kwon. Just because most fans think the Pro Bowl is a joke, doesn’t mean that players do not want to be a part of it.

And one more thing: Just because most fans think the Pro Bowl is a joke, doesn’t mean that players do not want to be a part of it.
