Kwon Tweaks Hammy, Brent Grimes Back At Practice.

Top story today is that of Kwon Alexander’s hamstring injury. Kwon missed Tuesday’s practice dude to his injury and the official word on the severity of his injury is not yet known at this time. However, according to Roy Cummings, his injury is not too serious and he should not miss too much time.

Alexander’s injury will allow the rookie line backer Kendell Beckwith and third-year man Adarius Glanton a chance to see more action.

In other news, Brent Grimes returned to practice, Tuesday, primarily for position drills. Grimes did not participate in any of the team’s full practices, but did stay on the field to put in some extra work on his own. Grimes was still wearing a sleeve on his lower leg.

Grimes return is a good sign despite being limited to, position drills, but it is also mentioned that he is considered doubtful for Saturday’s preseason game against the Browns. I would think they still will hold him out as a precaution for the rest of the preseason.
