The rookie linebacker had previously signed a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Buccaneers, but was ultimately waived with an injury designation after undergoing surgery back in July. The surgery that had taken place, was a procedure to correct a double hernia and a torn groin muscle.

The surgery placed him on the IR. The healing process for this injury would take up to 30 weeks, or maybe even longer.

The Buccaneers have elected to waive the undrafted free agent linebacker out of Arizona, on Wednesday, with an injury settlement.

Magloire spent two-years at Arizona and recorded 153 tackles, 2 and a half sacks, a forced fumble and recovery, and 2 pass defends.
