The Buccaneers have started the second half of the season with two consecutive victories. The last two opponents were in AFC East with the New York Jets, and the Miami Dolphins. Granted, the Bucs have done something that they did not do all season. Win two consecutive games, at home and on the road.

But, Here Comes week 12. The Buccaneers now have to fly to Atlanta, Georgia, get prepared to play against an Atlanta Falcons football team that it is Will alive in the NFC South Division race. After a victory in Seattle against the Seahawks, the Falcons are in Pace of possibly becoming NFC South champions.

The Bucs will not have their starting quarterback Jameis Winston, out again with a shoulder injury. Ryan Fitzpatrick gets his third consecutive start for the season. Technically he is 2-0 as a starter. These past two weeks, Mike Smith and the defense are starting to find their rhythm. In the past two weeks, the defensive unit has four interceptions and the couple sacks. This Sunday the Bucs will try to go to Atlanta and extend the streak to three victories in a row. It might be too late to win the division, but we are just in time to steal a wild card spot. All we can do is hope, and all the Buccaneers can do is have execution with what they practice this week.
