Bucs Defense To Exploit Stafford’s Injury – By Kyle Riddle

Detroit head coach Jim Caldwell said QB Mathew Stafford’s throwing hand isn’t 100 percent. Stafford injured the hand last Sunday, against the Ravens, when it was stepped on by Terrell Suggs. Stafford was not seen throwing passes at practice.

This means one thing, the Bucs defense must go after his hand. With an offensive line giving up the second most sacks in the league, the Bucs have a chance. Even as inept as the Bucs defensive line is, They should be able to get to Stafford.

Getting Robert Ayers Back from an injury would be a huge help. Although Mike Smith must turn our linebackers loose and blitz, and find a way to pressure Stafford. As coach Dirk Koetter said “We have to go after that hand.” If we can do that we have a chance for a win.
