Jameis Seeks Advice From Veteran QB’s.

According to the Buccaneers HC Dirk Koetter, Jameis Winston has been seeking advice from veteran QB’s on how to be a more durable passer.

Jameis Winston’s offseason work ethic is known far and wide. His study habits are obsessive and his passion to get better never ceases to amaze. Always being the first arrive at practice and the last to leave, to private workouts with his receivers in order to gain a better onfield connection, shows that Winston is a man about his job. Maybe that’s why it’s more than likely that Jameis will go down as the best QB in franchise history. He’s already on a clear path to become so.

One veteran Jameis sought tips on how to stay healthy from, is arguably one of the most durable QB’s in NFL history, Brett Favre, and if the former gunslinger’s advice sinks in, it will pay off tremendously for Winston.

Winston hasn’t had very many injuries during his 3-year career, however last year, he sustained a pretty significant shoulder injury, one that he recovered from pretty quickly. Missing only three games and being limited in multiple others with an AC tear in his throwing arm shows that the young QB is already tough as nails. But, anything he can do to avoid any more injuries is definitely good for the 24-year old QB and for the team.
