Booger Gets A New Gig!

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive lineman, Anthony “Booger” McFarland will join the ESPN Monday Night Football analytics team for 2018.

Booger will take on the role of a field analyst, much like Tony “Goose” Siragusa. Unlike Siragusa, who tried to be a little comedic, McFarland will likely stick to the cold, hard, facts rather than cracking jokes to share his expertise.

McFarland was once a fan favorite in Tampa and still has a place rooted deep in the hearts of many veteran Bucs fans, but will surely earn a new found love and respect from the younger generation.

Booger played in the NFL for 9 seasons with only the majority of his final season in 2006 playing for another team (Colts).

The knowledge he gained during his NFL career will be highly noticed during his segments on ESPN and will be warmly welcomed by anyone who is a fan of the old Pewter and Red Squad.
