Can Pacman “Eat” Some Minutes?

Adam “Pacman” Jones ended last season with a groin injury. Now cleared of duties he is full go for teams to sign him. Jones was a first round draft in 2005 out of West Virginia. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a glaring need in the secondary going into this off season. With the additions of Carlton Davis, M.J. Stewart, and company through the draft, they added youthful talent, but still on have Grimes for true veteran leadership.

Pacman is getting up in age, but with is maturity, but on the back end along with his skill on special teams he could help the tremendously young secondary. He could be someone that the Buccaneers bring in to give another shot and if he does not work out it will not hurt to cut him. With the heavy competition in the secondary it will not hurt to see if Adam “Pacman” Jones can eat up some of those play time minutes.
