Bucs Waive DL Drew Iddings and Sign DL Adam Reth

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have waived DT Drew Iddings and claimed DT Adam Reth. Reth played in two preseason games for the Philadelphia Eagles, in which he recorded only one tackle. The Northern Iowa Panther was signed by the Eagles as an undrafted free agent earlier this year.

Drew Iddings joined the Buccaneers just a few days ago as a replacement for the injured/ waived Stevie Tu’ikolovatu.

Adam Reth, for now, is just filling a spot on the roster for the remainder of the preseason, as the Bucs have been without their first-round draft pick, defensive tackle Vita Vea and the veteran Mitch Unrein. However, considering that the injury bug has, once again, found itself circulating throughout the team, Reth could earn himself a place deep in the depth chart.
