What if Fitzpatrick Starts Week 4… and Wins?

As of now, shortly before the week 4 matchup in Chicago against the Bears, it is still uncertain to the public who will be quarterbacking the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Most signs are pointing to Fitzpatrick starting. The question you have to ask yourself as a Bucs fan is, what happens if Fitzpatrick does start and wins?

Well, if the Bucs win and Ryan Fitzpatrick can work his “Fitzmagic” once again, like he did in the first two games and in the second half of the Monday night game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, odds are the coaching staff will stick with him in the near future, understandably, as performances like this simply do not come along every day. In that case you have to wonder how the decision to stick with Fitzpatrick would affect Jameis Winston and this would certainly cause Tampa Bay’s quarterback situation to be hotly debated and highly controversial.

However, if the Bucs win and Fitzpatrick struggles, like he did in the first half against the Steelers, this will most likely be it for him as a starter and he might get replaced at the half already for our seemingly highly motivated franchise quarterback Jameis Winston.

Regardless how this game plays out, unless Ryan becomes “Fitzsupermagic”, his time as the starting quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers should be over sooner rather than later and Jameis Winston should take over as the player he was drafted by the Bucs first overall for.
