QB Jameis Winston has just been benched in favor of backup QB Ryan Fitzpatrick after throwing 4 INT’s. All of them due to poor decision making by Winston. He was 18/35 for 276 yards with 1 TD/4 INT’s. One of which was a pick 6, which is ultimately was the straw that broke the camels back. He was also sacked 5 times for 20 yards.
Even though it may be too little too late, Fitzpatrick will now come in to pick up the pieces, and try to rally the team for a win. The same backup that led the team to a fast 2-0 start, and nearly beat the Steelers on MNF.
