0

In a report be ESPN’s Adam Schefter, rookie DT Vita Vea had a scare yesterday after it was feared he tore his ACL during yesterday’s game. The report stats from the Bucs that his MRI results came back negative and he did not tear his ACL and is intact.

Vea who missed the first 3 games of the season, has filled in nicely for an injured Gerald McCoy. A season ending to Vea would leave the DT position dangerously thin. The Bucs are fortunate though to not be in such a predicament.
