The unraveling of the 2018 Tampa Bay Buccaneers continued Sunday as they fell behind 14-0 early to the (3-7) New York Giants and just couldn’t recover. Fitzpatrick struggled from the onset and appears to have lost his magic if not his starting position.
Winston entered the game and pulled the team within 3, but it wasnt enough as the Bucs lose to the Giants 38-35 to fall to 3-7.
There were some bright spots with the continued emergence of Peyton Barber (106 yards, 1 TD) and Adam Humphries (60 yards 1TD) as key pieces to this offense. The depleted Buccaneers defense though wasn’t able to stop the duo of Saquon Barkley and Odell Beckham Jr.
What is next for a Bucs team who’s playoff hopes are most certainly lost? With so many questions and not a lot of answers, it anyone’s guess what the Bucs do next.
