According to reports, Winston has reached a settlement with the Uber driver known only as “Kate P” in the sexual battery lawsuit filed against him for the March 2016 incident in which she claimed Winston touched her inappropriately.
Winston was suspended by the League for the first three games of the 2018 season for violating their personal conduct policy after an investigation found the allegations credible.
