Bobo Sighting

With DeSean Jackson out in week 13, the Buccaneers promoted Bobo Wilson from the practice squad to their 53-man roster.

The FSU alum was signed by the Bucs in 2017 as an undrafted free agent, was waived, and then signed to the practice squad in 2017 and 2018, where he has spent the majority of his professional career aside from the three games he played in 2017.

Wilson was impressive during Sunday’s game, one play in particular showing Winston throwing a pass down to him. Although the pass was incomplete, it did draw a 52-yard pass interference penalty, bringing the Bucs up to the 1-yard line, setting Peyton Barber up for his touchdown. The play also showed us the speed that Wilson brings to the game, having some folks on social media asking, “DeSean who?”
