Bucs & Arians Have Mutual Interest. Could Meet Soon

As reported from Ian Rappaport this morning, the rumors of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers having heavy interest in former Arizona Cardinals Head Coach has some traction now. As reported, both sides seem to have a mutual interest.

Arians is still under contract with the Cardinals for the 2019 season and the Buccaneers would have to request an interview with him through the Cardinals. There has been no report of this taking place as of yet, but it was also reported Friday evening by Joe Bucs Fan that their inside source had told them that Tampa would make a decision of who their next head coach would be no later than Tuesday, the eighth of January.

It is also now being reported by Rapoport that if in fact Arians is hired he would bring in Todd Bowles as his DC of choice.

Bruce Arians has been called the front-runner for the Tampa job after the Bucs week 17 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and has now gained steam by the national media as a real possibility.
