It has been reported by Ian Rapoport that the Bucs front office has now in fact met with former Cardinals HC Bruce Arians.
This is a name to definitely to watch for in the coming days, and seems to have the inside track for the job. He has natural connections with Winston from his high school days and Licht from his time in Arizona.
