According to a report via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, offensive line coach Sean Kugler will not be joining Bruce Arians staff in Tampa Bay.
Another unusual twist in what seems to be another position coach possibly choosing another coaching opportunity over Tampa Bay.
Update: Joe Gilbert of the University of Arizona has agreed to terms to become offensive line coach for the Bucs. (Reported by Rick Stroud)
