Much has been made of HC Bruce Arians having such a large coaching staff. The concept is to keep players from standing around watching while the first team practices. This in my opinion is a great idea. It keeps all the players engaged during practice as well as being coached and put through more drills.
With a team that has so many young and new players on its roster and the rest learning new systems this is a brilliant way to maximize the time you have to practice.
