The Buccaneers have activated Ryan Smith (CB) and waived Demone Harris (OLB).
Smith was placed on the exempt list Monday after returning from a four-game suspension for PEDs. The 26 year old corner should see some time on kick coverage today against the Saints.
Demone Harris was waived to make room on the 53 man roster. Harris was inactive three of the Buccaneers first four games.
