The NFL sack leader and free agent phenom Shaq Barrett will play today against the Panthers.
Barrett was listed as questionable but per ESPN’s Adam Schefter sources he will play. This of course is great news for a defense that has had few bright spots.
The Buccaneers face the Carolina Panthers today without quarterback Cam Newton. Barrett being on the field will definitely help the Buccaneers defense against backup Kyle Allen. Another backup quarterback, something the Buccaneers have historically struggled with.
