Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans joins Randy Moss as the only receivers in NFL history to reach 1,000 yards in each of his first six seasons.
Evans spoke to the media about the milestone.
“It means a lot. I put in a lot of work. It wasn’t easy, he was definitely my favorite receiver growing up. He was a freak of nature and so exciting to watch, to be in the same sentence as him is amazing.”
Evans is on pace for a hall of fame type career. His career stats through five and a half seasons are impressive, to say the least.
A first-round pick (7th) in 2014, Evans has been the one consistent producer on a Buccaneers team that has struggled with consistency.
