The Buccaneers have promoted John Franklin III (CB) and Jaydon Mickens (WR) from the teams practice squad to the 53-man roster.
In the corresponding moves, the Buccaneers have waived Jordan Leggett (TE) and Ishmael Hyman (WR).
Mickens was signed to the practice squad less than a week ago.
Franklin III was signed to the practice squad in week 11.
