Dare Ogunbowale Impressed with Brady Practices

Tom Brady has been hosting private workouts seemingly every weekday. With the COVID-19 pandemic far from over, the team needs some structured avenue to get ready for the 2020 season.

Among those present have been tight end Rob Gronkowski, wide receiver Mike Evans, wide receiver Chris Godwin and center Ryan Jensen.

Running back Dare Ogunbowale caught up with CBS Sports Zach Gelb to talk about the workouts.

“The way [Brady] runs our workouts is like a practice,” Ogunbowale said. “Instead of just telling us run a dig or something like that, he’s telling us the full play call. He’s doing his cadence as if we were in a game. He’s making adjustments, doing the hots and sights. With a guy like him, it’s really easy.”

You should expect nothing less from Brady. He will do everything it takes to get prepared with his new team, and it already shows.

Ogunbowale also commented on Rob Gronkowski’s health, saying this:

“He looks good, he looks real good. He look fast. He look explosive. I’m excited to see him play once he gets pads on for sure.”

Things are looking good in the Buccaneers universe so far this offseason, let’s just hope training camp opens on time for full-team workouts.
