Buccaneers backup defensive tackle Rakeem Nunez-Roches has been getting a lot of praise during training camp. So we decided to go back into the tape to see what type of player he is.
He’s not the biggest guy as he’s listed 6’2 and 307 but from what coaches have said hes bulked up to about 320 and they are wanting him to play more of the nose tackle position this year.
He seems to have a good first step and a great motor to go along with it. Will he benefit from more reps similar to how Shaq Barrett did last year… Time will tell but until then, enjoy the latest film study
