Gerald McCoy says leading is in Winston’s blood

Jameis Winston is doing everything the coaches and owners wanted him to do. Play good football, and become the leader of this organzation. 

“He is as advertised — a great leader,” McCoy told NFL.Com . “We tried to slow him down, let him just be a rookie, just be our quarterback. We tried. It didn’t work. He takes over. He can’t help it, it’s in his blood to lead — and to win. You see what he’s done over the last couple weeks. … He’s really starting to understand how to play this game.
