The NFL will test a new communications system for coaches during the Pro Bowl next week and if this works out it could be something we might see in the regular season.
“On-field communications between coaches has been a problem during certain games this season, but the NFL is working toward implementing a new communications system that could help solve those issues. At next week’s Pro Bowl, the NFL will test a new and improved coach-to-coach communication system, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. If the test goes smoothly, the new system could be implemented for the 2016 season. The hope is the new system will end in-game communication issues that have been experienced by some teams.” – Reported by NFL.com
