Tom Brady is not giving in to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s win of a four-game suspension. Brady is appealing for a second hearing regarding his suspension. The announcement that he will enter another appeal was made earlier this morning by NFLPA’s attorney Theodore B. Olson. A formal appeal will be filed later today. The appeal will argue that a rehearing is warranted as the April 25th panel decisions made by the Supreme Court and other appeals courts, that the collective bargaining agreement doesn’t expressly give Goodell the power to reassess the facts on appeal and Goodell ignored the disciplined schedule for equipment-related violations.
