Deflategate is once again, back in the headlines. Today, Tom Brady’s appeal of his four-game suspension by the NFL has been rejected by Federal Courts. Brady only has one more option and that is to take his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court in the hope they will hear his case. Brady is not eligible to play his first game until October 9th vs the Cleveland Browns but is eligible to participate in training camp.
