Buccaneers rookie Caleb Benenoch turned on his ankle the wrong way during Saturday’s practice. He was playing the right guard position with the second string when the injury occurred. Dirk Koetter would not give any details as to the extent of his injury, on Saturday. However, today Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times, said that Benenoch came out of the locker room on crutches and wearing a protective boot. He did not practice on Monday. The extent is still unknown, and the boot could just be precautionary.
