Tampa signed offensive tackle Kevin Palmer, on Monday. The signing of Palmer is likely for roster depth due to injuries. Palmer was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as UFA in 2014 and was released from the team after last season draft. The Chiefs picked him up only to waive him after one month. Plamer was picked up by the Steelers only to be placed on injury reserve and then failed a physical earlier this year. Palmer has not seen any NFL game time.
