The Buccaneers cut fullback Dan Vitale at the end of the preseason, feeling he hadn’t done enough to earn a roster spot. The Bills picked him up off waivers but he was cut again due to a failed physical. The Bucs don’t agree with those results obviously because they’ve signed Vitale to their practice squad. Vitale had this to say on twitter: “Thankful to the Tampa organization taking me back, as well as the fans for giving me nonstop support. Gonna work my way up the ladder.” The Bucs had high expectations when they drafted Vitale, only time will tell if they were right.
